In-person medical-management evaluation in Ankeny is subject to individual eligibility. Medication is a separate pharmacy transaction; a prescription is not guaranteed.
Medication costs are separate and paid to the dispensing pharmacy. Before enrollment, confirm your product, total cost, care plan and cancellation/refund terms. An inquiry does not authorize a charge or guarantee a prescription. New virtual consultations and compounded GLP-1 enrollment are paused. Existing care questions should use your established secure care channel. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of approved brands.
