How to pay
Two options, both independent of WellForm
CareCredit is a reusable card you can use here if you are approved. Cherry is a payment plan for a specific treatment amount at this clinic. WellForm does not approve applications, set interest rates, or service either account. Ask which current services are eligible before you apply.

If you already have a CareCredit card, you can use it for eligible services here. If you do not, apply on CareCredit’s website. WellForm does not review the application, set the terms, or service the account.
CareCredit may show promotional offers on its own site. Those offers, if any, belong to CareCredit and depend on the purchase and the applicant. Read CareCredit’s terms before you accept anything.
CareCredit also lists a prequalification step. What that step does to your credit file is CareCredit’s disclosure, not WellForm’s. Existing cardholders can pay this clinic through CareCredit’s provider payment tools.

Cherry applications for WellForm MD are practice-specific. Ask us for the current link rather than applying on a generic Cherry page. An approval from another practice is not something to assume will work here.
Get an estimate first, then apply for that amount. Cherry—not WellForm—decides approval, rates, and terms. How Cherry reviews credit is Cherry’s disclosure. If you are approved and choose to move forward, Cherry pays WellForm for the financed amount and you repay Cherry.

Do I need a consultation first?
A consultation is the reliable way to confirm candidacy and the amount you would be financing. You can look at CareCredit or ask us about Cherry beforehand, but an estimate keeps you from applying for the wrong amount.
What is the difference between CareCredit and Cherry?
CareCredit is a reusable health and wellness credit card. If you are approved, you can use it at WellForm MD and at other CareCredit providers, subject to CareCredit’s terms.
