GLP-1 Plateau Analyzer

See the trend in the weights you enter. The analyzer does not decide that medication should change.

Units
Weekly weights

Enter at least four dated weights about a week apart (at least 5 days between measurements), spanning three or more weeks.

What this result means

Describe whether a series of weekly weights looks like ordinary fluctuation or a relatively flat trend — without diagnosing a plateau or changing treatment.

Requires at least four dated weights spanning three or more weeks, with adjacent measurements at least five days apart. Clustered same-week dates fail closed. The tool computes first-to-last change, percent total-body-weight change, weekly rate, a 3-point rolling average, and the longest elapsed-time streak of interval changes under 0.5% of the first weight per week. A tool-defined relatively flat trend is a transparent educational arithmetic check: the last four dated weights spanning at least 21 days, staying within about 1% of the first weight in that recent window, and under about 0.25%/week. This tool uses a simple educational definition of a relatively flat weight trend. These thresholds are not a medical definition or diagnostic criteria for a weight-loss plateau. The output is trend language plus clinician questions, not a finding that medication stopped working, that a dose is too low, that a dose should increase, that metabolic adaptation is present, that treatment failed, or that a medication should be switched.

What this tool cannot tell you

  • That you should increase your medication.
  • That your dose is too low or that you should switch drugs.
  • That you have metabolic adaptation or another diagnosis.
