GLP-1 Injection Site Rotation Planner
Rotate among the official injection regions for the device in your hand. The planner does not add sites or choose a preferred one.
What this result means
Organize labeled abdomen, thigh, and upper-arm sites for a supported injection presentation — without inventing extra locations.
Only abdomen, thigh, and upper arm are encoded. Site rules are presentation-specific, not shared by active ingredient. Wegovy and Ozempic single-dose syringes keep the upper arm assisted-only. Wegovy single-dose pen, Wegovy FlexTouch, and Ozempic multi-dose pen do not impose an assisted-only upper-arm limit because the current presentation IFUs do not state one. Zepbound and Mounjaro presentations keep the back of the upper arm assisted-only. The planner requires self vs assisted administration, excludes assisted-only sites for the next self-injection, and still organizes a next usable labeled site if the previous injection used an assisted region. Left/right is an organizer convenience within a labeled region. The planner never adds unofficial locations such as the buttocks.
What this tool cannot tell you
- To inject in a location that is not on the official label.
- Which side or region is medically best for you.
- Whether to change dose, timing, or medication.
