Compounded Semaglutide Dose, Volume & Syringe Calculator

Convert mg, mL, concentration, and U-100 syringe units — it never chooses your dose.

Before You Use the Calculator: Understand mg, mL, Concentration, and Syringe Units

A stable educational-video source has not been approved yet. This slot is reserved for Dr. Patrick Oben’s explanation of mg, mL, concentration, and insulin-syringe units.

How is the concentration printed?
Measure at the black plunger reference line — the designated edge of the plunger — not the raised cone. This illustration is educational and does not replace the numeric result.

What this result means

Convert an already-prescribed dose into mL and U-100 syringe markings using your exact pharmacy concentration.

volume_mL = prescribed_dose_mg ÷ concentration_mg_per_mL. For a U-100 syringe, units = volume_mL × 100. There is no default concentration. Displayed syringe markings and the syringe visual remain gated until rounding and graduation mapping are clinically approved.

What this tool cannot tell you

  • What dose you should take.
  • Whether to increase, decrease, or titrate.
  • A universal “units = mg” chart that ignores concentration.

Methodology & sources

volume_mL = prescribed_dose_mg ÷ concentration_mg_per_mL. For a U-100 syringe, units = volume_mL × 100. There is no default concentration. Displayed syringe markings and the syringe visual remain gated until rounding and graduation mapping are clinically approved.
