What Is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health & Wellness Coaching is a one-on-one program that helps you make lasting changes to your health and well-being. Unlike programs that tell you what to do, we believe you are the expert in your own life. We simply guide and support you as you build the skills, confidence, and motivation to move forward.
We use a proven, science-based method called Motivational Interviewing that helps you:
- Find your own reasons to change (instead of being told what to do)
- Set your own goals
- Build on your strengths
- Take small, realistic steps
- Stay consistent and motivated over time
How It Works
Here’s what you can expect from your coaching sessions:
1. Your Vision, Your Goals
We start by talking about what matters most to you. What do you want to change? Maybe it’s losing weight, eating better, managing stress, sleeping better, or just feeling more energized. Whatever it is—you decide.

Next, we help you connect with the deeper reasons behind your goals. Why does this matter to you now? What would success look like in your daily life?
