Becoming a mother is an incredible journey filled with love, joy, and, let’s be honest, exhaustion. With a newborn demanding your attention 24/7, it can be easy to put your own health and well-being on the back burner. But remember, a happy, healthy mom is essential for a happy, healthy family. Let’s dive into some practical tips to help you prioritize your wellness and fitness postpartum.

Understanding your Body Postpartum

The human body is an amazing machine, and it undergoes incredible changes during pregnancy and childbirth. It’s crucial to understand that recovery takes time. Be patient with yourself. Every woman’s experience is different, so don’t compare your journey to others.

  • Listen to your body: It’s essential to respect your body’s signals. If something hurts, stop and rest.
